Standard Return Policy

At Pioneer Music Company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Our warranty and return policies are designed to ensure that defective items are addressed efficiently while maintaining fairness for both the company and our customers.

Pioneer Music Company will not accept ANY returns that were bought through another distributor.

All returns must be authorized by Pioneer Music Company through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and are valid for thirty (30) days. Unauthorized returns may be declined.

 

Standard Product Return Terms

    • All items must be sealed, in new, sellable condition.
    • All items must be returned complete, with all original packaging and literature. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
    • Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% or greater restocking fee depending on vendor return policy.
    • No cash refunds will be issued; credit will be issued only up to the amount paid on the original invoice.
    • Freight charges are non-refundable.
    • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Pioneer Music Company.

Standard Returns

Standard returns are accepted with the following conditions:

    • All items must be sealed, in new, sellable condition.
    • All items must be returned complete, with all original packaging and literature. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
    • Eligible for return within 90 days from the original purchase date for full credit.

Standard returns are not eligible for return after 90 days from the original purchase date.

Open Box Returns

    • Returns are not eligible for Open Box SKUs under any circumstances, unless approved by the RD/CEO
    • All open box sales are FINAL.

Special orders, custom builds, promotional items, closeouts, and products showing signs of neglect, misuse, or abuse are subject to additional No-Cancel, No-Return (NCNR) terms and are generally not eligible for return.
