What You’ll Do

  • Grow market share by converting potential customers into valued partners.
  • Strengthen relationships by providing top-tier customer service, following up consistently, and sharing insights about new products and industry trends.
  • Drive new opportunities by gathering market intelligence and creating strategies that lead to sales wins.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure every customer interaction reflects PMC’s high standards.

What You Bring

Must Have

  • High school diploma (minimum)
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, or fire.
  • A proven track record of success selling within a distribution model in the audio video/ low voltage industry.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The ability to travel up to 75%, depending on business needs.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
  • A quick learner who can handle a high call volume and think outside the box.
  • A strong work ethic with a “roll up your sleeves and make it happen” attitude, all while keeping it honest and professional.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivation, independence, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
